24 and 25 years old masters students with a cat, looking for accomodation in Amsterdam!

Hi everyone!

This is Öykü and Alex here. We are two easy-going, talkative and neat students that surely love laughing; however, our love for fun and laughter turned into nervous laughter sessions in the last couple of days as we are LITERALLY HOMELESS.

So, let's get the boring part out of the way: We are going to be in Amsterdam at least for a year for our masters at UvA and we are looking for 2 rooms or an apartment that is max. 25 mins away from the Roeterseiland Campus by bike. Registration is, unfortunately, a must for us as we are international students. Our budget is 1200-1400 but we can be flexible on that depending on the conditions of the apartment/room.

Now, a bit more about us! I am 24 and Alex is 25; we've met in Maastricht and we used to be roommates but we had to leave the Netherlands after our graduation. We love talking, drinking and eating together, and we also love deep conversations about anything. We are adaptable and friendly people and we will take care of the house as if it was our own! We also have a fat-ass cat that licks everyone. Coming back and moving in together again has been a dream for us, and now we are coming together in Amsterdam!
