21 Year old male coming to Tio Amsterdam for 1 semester (fall semester 2017). Looking for accommodation.

Describing myself- Parties pretty hard but chills more often than not. I do have goals for the end of the semester so will be studying a lot. Some words people use to describe me: open minded/friendly/enthusiastic. And I like clean surroundings to help mantain a clear mind. 

Type of accomadation seeked- Room/apartment/flat/living arrangement. My budget is up to 550/600e per month. A balcony/terrace would be amasing, with privacy and a private bathroom but I understand these increase the price but I will consider all offers.

Roommates seeked- Likeminded would be easier but I know opposites attract, I am open to everybody. I hope to adventure in and around Netherlands if I have time, and experience as much as I can.
