21 year old Italian student looking for accomodation in Amsterdam

Hi everybody!
I've been accepted as an exchange student at UvA, so I am looking for a tiny single room to stay from August 2017 to July 2018.
It would be perfect not to have more than 20/25 mins by bike from the city centre.
I am an open-minded 21 years old girl who enjoys sharing opinions, strolls and Italian homemade food! I am currently studying European Modern Languages and getting a degree in Dutch Language & Literature, so it would be great for me to stick my nose into living together with other dutch and non-dutch people!
People say about me that I am an hyperactive person, always busy with theatrical stuff and social life. I already know that I will be busy enough in Amsterdam too, so don't worry! I won't be too much in your way!
My friends tell me I'm a weirdo, but in a good way. I am also a creative and easy-going person that have a variety of different interests. I love writing, taking photos, and going to random meetups. I'm also a good team mate to have on pub quizzes as I know a little bit about (almost) everything, but my main fields of interests are movies, literature, art and herbal medicine.
