21 Year Old Guy Looking for Chilled, Non-English Flat in Amsterdam

I'm a chilled guy looking for chilled people. I'm an English student of Dutch and German and, in my year abroad, I'm coming to Amsterdam for the first semester. I'm looking for a social and central flat. I'm used to living in a social flat where people eat together and drink together in the evenings, and I really like living that way.
It sounds picky, but I'd really like the language 'at home' to be Dutch, German, or French! I speak all three, and it would be nice for once to get an opportunity to use them.
