19 year old male, process of getting a job for a year

Hey everyone! Honestly looking for the cheapest, most simple accomadation possible. I'd like it to fit my prefrences but do reach out even if it doesn't entirely. I come from Los Angeles and I'm fluent in both Dutch and English. Have lived here as a volunteer for a missions organization for the past two years. In the process of a getting a job in which I will most likely be gone for 2 weeks at a time. Looking for a place where I can leave some of my belongings in trustworthy hands. I don't smoke and I'd prefer the inside of the home to be smoke free. Not looking for any crazy parties. Don't mind a bit of noise but prefer roomates who are on the quiet side, oraganized/tidy, respectful, and mature. Let me know whatever you have available.
