19 year old guy is looking for accommodation in Amsterdam

I'm a third culture kid, who has lived all over the world. I'm interested in everything; games, music, books, history, politics, science, etc. Although, that does make me a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. I'm going on an exchange program at VU to study law during fall, and am looking for a cheap room of any kind to spend those couple of months at. I love meeting new people so I'm up for living with all sorts of roommates.
