18 year old student, looking for accomotation

I am not looking for a specific kind of accomotation but I have a max 450 eu badget.I am mostly a pretty neat person so I wouldn't want to live with people who aren't. I don't mind pets as long as they aren't too hairy and they clean after them. Smokers are welcome as long as they only smoke outside ( I am an occasional smoker). I am going to study Law so not making too much noise in  studying hours ( a schedule could be made) would be best.
