Im an 18 yo male student who will Start studying in Amman, im searching for accomodation near university of Jordan

im an 18 years old male student which is looking forward to study in Jordan University in September 2018.

im looking for a studio apartment (one bedroom)  which has:

• bed
• closet
• kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator,etc)
• washing machine (and dryer machine if possible)
• wi fi
• air conditioner/heater
• bathroom (Toilet, sink, shower/bath)

it would be great to have the apartment not far from the University, doesnt necessarily need to be really close, but not too far.
