Belgian lady digital nomad owns stunning penthouse looking for female student. Room with private terrasse

I live in a stunning penthouse in Plaza Pie 12 and I have two beautiful rooms available each with Private Terrasse facing south. The 80 sqm terrasse surrounds the entire penthouse and I have a suite on the other side of the appartment and north facing terrasse. So you have your privacy. We share the kitchen and huge living room. The large bathroom is for the 2 students and I have my own bathroom. There is a lift, high speed internet, Netflix. You can talk with previous students who adored their stay. My son studies in Monaco and I also travel regularly to Brussels and Alsace. I am looking forward to welcome you. Claire
