Looking for a room in Alcalà

I'm George, and i live in Milano, I might be going to Alcalà next year for my Erasmus, and I'd like to get ahead and look for a room. I'm a generally quiet guy, clean and well behaved. I guess i make a good flatmate :)
Criteria to be ABSOLUTELY MET
1. Be near the UHA - Medicine or well connected so I can get there in less than 30 mins
2. Single room, in a shared flat
3. Regular contract for nine months
4. Price around 250Euros/month or less
5. WiFi included
6. Be allowed to host friends every now and then
