EPL operates a variety of venues and environments to work in, meaning your day to day life can be different depending on which brand you work for. Ultimately though your main responsibilities will be to work as a Front of House member of the team, that means
- Serving Customers
- Cash Handling
- Making Cocktails
- Retaining information about all the different products we offer and why we use those specific brands
- Speaking French (we operate in the French Alps after all)
We are looking for candidates that have experience working in fast paced Bars and Restaurants. Having French speaking skills is a MAJOR advantage but not necessary. Candidates must also be prepared for the intensive nature of working a Winter Season, where balancing the three pillars of Work, Social Life and Rest takes maturity and responsibility.
Those hired will work 39 hours/week and, depending on venue, can either be a mix of Day and Evening shifts or just Evening Shifts.
