32 year old girl looking for accommodation near the city center

I'm a 32 year old mexican student. I'll be studying at Sciences Po Aix this semester. I'm looking for a room in a shared flat (only girls) or an appartement. Another option is to find a roommate and then look for accommodation, with a better chance to find something at a lower price. I would like to find something nice, near the city center. 

I'm looking for a girl roommate between 25 and and 35.

I would like to move on September 1st and move out December 31st.

I'm a doglover (even thoug I didn't brought mine), I like to excersice. I'm very clean, ordered and responsible. I also like to make of friends, I have an easy-going character. 

Services I'm looking for at the accommodation: wifi, furnished, AC or heater.
