21 year old boy looking for accomodation in Accra near GIMPA

I'm 21 years old boy, born in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. I'm studying in France and I'll be at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) next year. I'm quite shy but very sociable. I like to have my private space and I'll be looking for any kind of accommodation except for the colocation of more than two people. I'd like to live not so far from the campus and the city.

If it's colocation, I'm looking for a student as young as me; could be a man or woman between 18 and 23 years old. No smoker and respectful of my private space.
