I'm 26 years old, female.

I'm trying to get an accommodation in WUSE OR MAITAMA ONLY. 1 bedroom apartments without pernicious smells, holes in the walls, mold and grime are a bit expensive. (2.7M ish+)

Rent per room - 1M NGN

I'm okay with vaccinated pets and male roommates.  I'm not comfortable with smoking in common areas, people invading my privacy, or trying to convince me to try LSD, heroin, etc.

I don't care what you do, as long as

1. law enforcement doesn't show up at the house,
2. I never get death threats
3. I'm never in the middle of a fight - passive aggressive, biological, legal, verbal, physical, to the death, acid, social media, sword, gun, knife, spoon, food, catapult, rubber bands, I don't care - No fights!

Unless you tell me something wild about it, I will not remember what your tribe or religion is. It will take me 2 weeks to get used to your name. I don't mind if you never learn mine.

I don't have a predictable sleep-wake cycle. I won't go out of my way to be your best friend, but I won't be the cause of your problems. 

I look forward to the cessation of my squatting days. It's all I dream about these days.

I have prospective accommodation options ready for immediate occupancy.
