Finding Student Accommodation for a couple

I am planning to move to Umea to study. I will come along with my wife and one kid. I need a furnished accommodation, consisting of a sitting area a small dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. 

My wife got admission at Umea University. so preferably the accommodation should be near the university. she will study and I will work. and meanwhile, our son will go to daycare.
