I'm 28 y.o. looking for accomodation in Aachen

I'm 28 years old, I'm graduated in telecommunication engineering and now I'm enrolled for the master in electronic engineering. I like technology but I also like to play sports, I played rugby in my city for some years, but I also use to play basketball with friends. I play the drums but I'm not planning to bring it with me in Aachen.

I'm looking for a confortable accomodation, preferably near the faculty.
I'm tidy and clean, I don't like mess. I don't smoke but I don't mind if others do if they do it outside of the house.
