My name is Taha Assadnejad and I am an Iranian 4th year medical student,studying in Ondokuz Mayis University.
I am so interested in Neuroscience and Neurosurgery and I have attended several related conferences recently.I am seriously considering specializing in Neurosurgery after I qualify as an M.D. and I am keenly interested in acquiring more theoretical knowledge and practical skills in this area.Recently we have started a research project about the cognitive effects of STN DBS (deep brain stimulation) on Parkinson disease and I am very excited about it.
I will be in Aachen for a traineeship at RWTH Aachen university for a period of 2 months at department of psychiatry.
