21 year old male looking for accommodation beside RWTH Aachen

i am Lebanese, and i speak English and Arabic fluently and i am currently studying German. I have taken a couple of courses in French too. I am a quite person and i know how to cook, i am very clean and tidy. i do not mind how the apparent is as long as i have a separate room and preferably a separate bathroom. I  also would prefer that it would be close to RWTH Aachen. I will be studying physics there. I hate smoking and i do not smoke and i do have asthma. I am planning to work also, and i will always sleep in the room i do not like to go out at night.
