Looking for a furnished flat with 2 private bedrooms in Warsaw

Hello, 

I'm looking for a well furnished flat with two private bedrooms (I'm coming with a friend). My friend and I will study to the University of Warsaw for the winter semester (2015/2016) and we hope to find a nice flat in the city center or nearby and near to a bus/subway station. I'm not looking for other flatmates.

I'm a really clean (even maniac of cleaning) person, and I'm also a very sociable person. My friend and I love to listen to music (loudly sometime but we will ajust!!) and are two smiling girls. 

Our budget is a bit short that's why we are looking for charges included in the price per month. We are used to manage wisely our consumption.
