21 year old male student from Ukraine, looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment in Warsaw

Hello! My name is Oleksii. I am a 21 year old student from Ukraine. I currently hold a BA in International Business Administration and I am coming to Warsaw to pursue MA in International Economics. I am passionate about sports, entrepreneurship and reading. Also, I am very tidy and organized. 

I am looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Warsaw, preferably somewhere in the center or not far from the University of Warsaw. As any student, I have a fixed budget, so I am looking for an accomodation up to 400 USD; however, I want it to feel like home, so if it is VERY nice, I can pay up to 500 USD.

Since I am coming to Warsaw for two years, I hope for a lasting and mutually-respectful and beneficial relationship.
