Looking for shared appartment / house

Hi,
My name is Thomas, I'm 25 and I'm about to start a year of architecture at TUWien therefore I'm looking for a place to live during those 10 months.
I come from Brussels where I spent most of my life but lived in Liège those past 3 years. 
I'm super easy to live with, very outgoing, this would be my fifth shared house and I've always be described like a clean person borderline maniac but in a good way . I'm very much into my studies, I really love what I do, I'm a sport addict as well, I can not stay in place and I'm always down for a beer.
I'm looking for a relatively big bedroom since I'll have to work on my architecture models, Right now I'm in a 16m² bedroom with 1.40x2.00 bed and it's alright, if the living room is big enough and you don't mind the piles of cardboard it's good too. Also, I'd rather be  as close to TUWien as possible.
So of course I speak french but English is not a problem at all, I'm pretty fluent in Italian as well and I 'm okay in dutch. I'm actually learning german so not a problem either, I just don't want to have french speaking roomates since I'd like to improve my skills.
