26 year old female law student looking for accommodation in Vienna 2014-2015

I am a lawyer, coming from Canada to study a Masters in Legal Studies at the University of Vienna. I am clean, organized, responsible and easy going. I do not smoke and like to live an active lifestyle. I am outdoors or at the gym a lot. I am looking for accommodation for a year. I would prefer to rent a studio or apartment near the university but would be happy to share an apartment and rent a room if the location is good. Districts 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are preferred.
My roomate has to be a non smoker and clean.
