20 yr old male student with apartment looking for roommate urgent! (150 euros+bils)

hey, im looking for a roommate in sofia quite urgenty. ive been studying here for a few months but living cost is getting too much so need a roommate to split bills with. im not fussed regarding gender just as long as the person is clean, responsible and  laid back.

im currently renting a 1 bedroom apartment with bedroom, seperate living room, kitchen, and bathroom. its fully furnished with everything included ready for someone to move in without the hastle of estate agents etc. the living room has a bed as well so we can just change it to two bedrooms.

its one tram away from the city centre, has a local supermarket which is open till late everyday. the apartment is also very safe and secure with good neighbours and local parks.
