23 years old guy is looking for an accomodation in Sao Paulo

Hi!
I am an Italian guy and I'll leave for Sao Paulo on the 5th of February!I am looking for a single room in an appartment with other students, better if brazilians so that I'll learn portoguese but other solutions will be accepted for sure, nearby the PUCSP. I will be there in erasmus so I hope to have roomates who want to socialize and have fun. I don't know the zones and the transport lines so I'd prefer to find something not too far from the university. The maximum prize I am available to spend is 450/500 euros. I have no problems with pets and no preferencies about the gender of my roommates.
