Piso enorme en Santa Maria Maggiore, todo muy nuevo y para estrenar los muebles y el piso. Tenemos una habitación individual disponible de inmediato. La zona es muy turística y central, a 5 minutos o menos de Termini andando. Para compartir con 2 chicas españolas erasmus. Estamos ya en el apartamento y podemos enseñarlo en cualquier momento. Es urgente, asi que si estas interesado/a llama(num. x privado) o cntesta aqui.
Single room for rent in central Roma , in piazza santa maria maggiore. All furnitures are new and the appartment is just restructured and very big. There are more erasmus in the same building. Ciao!! sono María, andrò a Roma tra pochi giorni! studio belle arti, li studierò in Via Ripetta (centro, centro) vicino via del Corso, cerco un affitto, un apartamento se è possibile lo più vicino a Via Ripetta, e con soggiono, mi piacerebbe sapere la risposta lo più presto posibile, preferisco abitare con italiani o con Erasmus. We offer a room at a private street in via Tiburtina, called Arnaldo Cervesato, in front of euronics, it has supermarket, bank, and a lot of useful stores very near. The room is big, good iluminated and comfortable... to share with 2 spanish students of Sapienza, is well communicated (10 mins by bus to Sapienza, 10 mins by metro to Termini) the price is cheap and we have internet too... The room is double but we wouldn't mind if someone wants to keep it for him/her alone.. 3208085966, 3888266708

Hi everybody!! Single room in a big appartment in "cinecittà" (metro-line A). The room has a double bed, closet and general furniture! The price is 440 at month and gas, electricity and water will be paid togheter after some months (more or less 100€ after 3-4 months). The kitchen and the bathroom are big! 5 minuts by bus to anagnina and 10 minuts to the university Tor Vergata! If you're interested please contact me =)

Hi !! :) I'm searching a non-spanish girl, who stays in Rome the whole academic year, for a very nice single room near LUMSA (Prati neighbourhood) It'll be 550€ all included.
