Are you looking for a job as an IT-Supporter and do you speak Danish – then look at this!

NNIT are looking for IT-Supporters to their Servicedesk in Prague, Czech Republic.

You will be part of a newly established Service desk in Prague where you will receive call from NNIT’s customers who primarily will be employees of larger Danish companies.

The Job

The calls will be about many different issues, but primarily on Windows and the Microsoft Office package. 

Your analytical skills will be tested, as it is often complex problems you must resolve. 

The support will be in Danish and English, therefore it is a must that you speak and write in both languages.

Work task

• Communicate support related solutions over the phone
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Deliver results and approach the customers expectations   

#Training

There will be a thorough course of one month where you will be taught up in NNIT’s systems – including their ticket system Remedy and their documentation and learning programs.

The course will be at NNIT’s headquarters in Søborg, Denmark.

Working hours

Fulltime.

The training will be on the weekdays. 

Your profile

As a person you need to be outgoing and function well in a team. You need to be motivated in order to provide good service and have the desire to continuously improve and grow. Furthermore your work will have a big impact on the overall goals for the company.

Therefore it is required that you:

 

• Have experience with customer service.
• Can support in Danish & English.
• It is an advantage if you have Windows 7, Windows 8 server or Citrix knowledge.
• Can multitask and know how to keep calm if there are incident calls.
• See yourself in the position as Frontline Consultant for 1 year minimum.
• Have good communication skills. 

Practical info

• NNIT will pay for your plain ticket and for 20 kg. luggage from Denmark to Prague.
• They will pay for a hotel for the first 2 weeks
• NNIT will cover the expenses for a “home agent” who will help you find an apartment close to your working place.
• NNIT’s HR department will greet you in Prague and help you getting a bank account, social security number etc.
• There will be a “get started payment” that we will tell you more about in the interview.
• It is a fulltime job, where lunch will be partly paid by NNIT.
