23 yeard old PhD student at TUM looking for accommodation in Munich

Hi,

I am Sankaranarayanan R from India. I Know it is a long and a tough name (even my Indian friends find it tough), So its easier to call me "Shank". I have been offered a PhD student position at TUM school of medicine, at Ismaninger Straße 81675 München, commencing this November 2016. Hence, I am looking for a room that could support me during my PhD. I am 23 years old,Male, I am a non-smoker and is very hygienic and clean when it comes to maintenance of rooms. I love Beer (especially Lager). As I am from India, I have tried cooking some Indian delicacies and I can even let you in on a couple of delicious Indian recipes.

I am very excited to be starting my PhD in Germany and so in anticipation I have started taking German language classes which would help me appreciate and enjoy the German Culture while I am there. I am hoping I would reach Munich by around the last week of October or 1st week of November, 2016. I came across the advert posted by you of the room and found that the room would suit me well. So I am eagerly awaiting your inputs regarding the same.
