IN SEARCH OF CHEAP SMALL ROOM IN OR CLOSE TO CITY CENTRE SOUTH SIDE PREFERABLY

I am an american studying music business. I am looking for laid back creative fun roomates with good music taste who like to hang out as much as they like to be alone. I am vegetarian  but don't care what your dietary prefrences are. Cleanly people but no OCD, I don't want to live in sqalor nor a museum. I love going places and am well travelled. I don't care if my house mates have people over even if they stay a long time, it's your house as much as mine and would appreciate the same attitude towards myself. I am very social and enjoy extroverts. I also enjoy cooking and having meals together sometimes. On weekends I like to make pancakes:)
