Client Service Executive – Junior

Great opportunity to work for upcoming Education Tourism company (part of a Business Consulting and Technology Services group) based in Madrid, complementing in-class learning by offering exciting learning experiences and journeys to students in innovative ways that challenge and entertain their minds.

Locations: USA, Dubai, Europe, India, APAC (Singapore, Hong Kong etc)

We are looking for young, adventurous individuals with excellent communication skills to lead and nurture school students on educational journeys. S/he should be flexible, responsible and capable of working systematically.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Graduate with an good command of verbal English
2. Ability to think and write creatively as well as provide guidance to others
3. Ability to conduct thorough background internet research on travel destinations, determining sites of educational interest and collaborating with the team to design a fun & educational activity itinerary
4. Ability to work with children and teachers effectively while maintaining professional equations
5. Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international circuits

In short, this position involves working on a team to take a journey from the idea phase right through to execution, using background research and creativity as your tools. This means both in-office work and in-the-field journeys with students. This position includes lots of room for imagination and collaboration with team members and other content developers.
