Student accommodation Lisbon

I am a Belgian masters student looking for a nice accommodation in Lisbon, as close as possible to the faculdade de letras as I am studying interpretation. 

I will be staying for a full academic year and am looking for something nice and spacious but at an afforable price. Location is not that important as along as there is a good connection to cidade universitaria. 

I don't have pets but I do play violin and guitar, although I've never had noise complaints before and am very considerative about neighbours and noise. 

I don't mind sharing a place but not with too many students, no more than five.
