23 years old italian girl, looking for a place close to FCSH

I am 23 years old, and I will be studying comunication at the Nova University. I like to travel and once the opportunity comes out I always try to catch it, as it's appening with Lisbon and other times before. I think that my stay will be wonderfull and I hope to learn a good portuguese, I am very exited to come living in Portugal. I like hanging out and have a couple of drinks once in a while, but I don't like at all make house partys as I am a very tidy person and I don't like living in a mess, it's just the way I am. Expecially if I have to study, I like to live in a semi-quite place. It is very probable that I some of my friend will come to visit me, so I hope that the landlord will be comprehesible about this necessity; my friends are very polite and respectfullty people, and extra bill will be payed for the extra expenses. I usually don't have preference about flatmates being they girls wheter or boys, I just hopeto share my place with clean people, as I had bad experiences before. I usually have a positive attitude and try not to see unconvenients as problems, but of course, I sometimes get angry as all human do. This isn't the fist experiance for me, I have alredy been living overseas a couple of times. Also, I have been renting rooms at my place in Perugia last winter. So this is me, hope to get on well!
