21yo french-girl looking for accomodation in Lisbon

Hi,
I am a 21yo french girl who will be moving to Lisbon for the second time to study management at ISCTE with two other 21yo french girls. We use to live at Mârques de Pombal in a huge flat shared with 14 people but we are now looking to share a smaller flat around Baixa Chiado, Estrala, Bairro Alto (etc) with 2 or 3 other people at most. Our maximum budget is 450€/person and a flat with balcony or a terracce will be much appreciated. We are easy-going, kind of fun, we love drinking wine and sharing dinner during the evening. We love doing party as much as chilling in front of the telly.
