looking for a roommate & flat in Leuven

I'm looking for a 2-bedroom flat in Leuven (preferably close to the downtown) that I'd rent for a semester & a roommate. Since I'm starting my BA at the Institute of Philosophy, I plan to stay for 2yrs, so if you are staying for more than 6 months (or a year?), its a plus.
fun facts about me:
1) i don't mind pets in the flat
2) NOT super concerned about tidiness, as long as its not a mess
3) open to split all chores
4) i mostly do my work in the library so i'm okay with loud music,etc.
5) interested in: literature, music, philosophy, movies, politics, theatre, party scene, etc.
6) february 14th House of Cards is coming up on Netflix so during those 3 days I'll be useless (binge watching the whole season). FYI.
