Looking for a room in Leuven from September 2014 until January 2015

Hello!
I am 23 years old and in September I am going to study at KU Leuven for my Erasmus exchange semester. Therefore, I am looking for a room. I would prefer a room in a so called "Kot". Of course the best would be to have a separate toilet and shower, but I don't mind sharing the kitchen. Another possibility would be an offer for a studio – however, the price must not be too high :)
It would be great if the house is near the city center or KU Leuven and if there are washing possibilities in the house. Another concern for me is that I get current pictures from the room in advance in order to get a first impression.
