I have no prefference about the location, it could be also further from the centre (like distance of Haverlee).
I have no problem to get along with people and have lively talks. I am glad for every opportunity to meet and get to know new people :)
I would definitely prefer if my roommates were non-smokers, but if they devote place for their passion for smoking outside or on the balcony I have no problem with that.
