Research student looking for accomodation

Hi everyone, I am a research student from Ireland starting from september in TU/e :) I'm looking for a room in any apartment/house available from september onwards. I'm hoping for a relatively clean place thats not too crazy and close to the university if possible :) I play/teach music, enjoy the gymn, and also enjoy pints every so often.
