looking for accommodation in Eindhoven from mid of August to end of November 2014

I am looking for accomodation in Eindhoven near TUe. I will arrive on mid of August 2014 and stay up to the end of November 2014. It would be better if I find a studio with private facilities. However, I will also consider sharing appartments with others if I couldn't find a private studio. The accomodation rent should include water, electricity, heating and internet bills.
