Searching: A room/flat in Buenos Aires - PALERMO - 27th July to end of December 2016

Hi,
I am currently doing my masters in Switzerland and going to do an exchange in Buenos Aires (27th July to end of december 2016). I love the good life and people who have a good humor ^^. I was already couple of times in Latin America (Colombia and Brazil) but I have never been in Argentina and therefore I am really looking forward to this "adventure"!
Furthermore, I am used to shared flat live - as I lived for more than 5 five years such an environment. Preferably I would like to live with Spanish-speaker, as I want to improve my Spanish during my stay.
(I am not specifically looking just for a shared flat, a solo appartment would be also great!!!)
I hope you can offer me a room/flat in Palermo, preferably close to subte D (metro line D).
