spanish girl looking for flat & flatmates

Hi everyone I am not erasmus but expat let's say.. I am a spanish student in SOTE, this is going to be my 5th year in Budapest and I am looking for a flat and flatmates for the next school year (SEPT 2016-JULY 2017). The reason I am writing here is because I don't want to share a flat with the same people I am going to see at school, and I would like to meet new people out of my usual social zone.. My budget is 300 €/month/room all included, more or less, it can change a bit depending on the time of the year.. I am studying medicine but I am not a nerd, I study my ass off 2 months every year (christmas and june) but I like to party, hang out, bike around the city, have friends over and I am always down for any activity, concert, live music and cultural event.. Budapest has plenty of stuff to offer. I am more tidy than clean, but higiene in common areas is important (e.g. dont leave half a burger and kfc menu in the living room table for 3 days) Soo if anyone is interested please let me know.
