PhD student at CEU and girlfriend looking for apartment in Budapest

My name is Brian Dougherty and I am beginning a 3-6 year PhD program at Central European University. I am from the United States but have lived and studied in Belgium for the last three years. I will move to Budapest on August 17 with my girlfriend, Ugnė, who is from Lithuania.
We are looking for a place within a reasonable distance from the center. We need an apartment with at least one bedroom. We are hoping for rent + common cost +utilities to add up to no more than 450 euros / 140,000 forints per month.
An apartment with a balcony and/or a bathtub would be ideal, but is not totally necessary.
