A 24 years old girl who loves shopping but doesn't love going out

I would love female roommates who can cook, are fun to be with, don't like partying too often, don't usually go out late at night, love studying and staying in the librar and love shopping and are kind and helpful. I would like them to be either from Europe or Asia. The type of accommodation I want is the one that is spacious, nearby VUB and supermarkets and train stations. I also want a nice bedroom and bathroom. I also want all the bills like utility and internet to be included in the room rent rate. I will go along with a female from Cambodia who is also studying at VUB.
