37 years old man looking for accommodation in Brussels

I am a 37 years old male; non smoker, medical doctor from Cairo (Egypt). I will come to Brussels alone for a training at Erasme Hospital (gastroenterology department with Dr.Jacques Deviere) starting from 16 April to 13 July 2015. I am looking for a furnished studio, or a room in an apartment or in a house at Anderlecht near Erasme Hospital or at Brussels 1000 near the metro line 5

I prefere a roommate to be a student in ULB or working at Erasme Hospital and non smoker.
