21 year old medical student looking for accomodation near Queen Elizabeth Hospital

I am a student from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) actually ending my first year of Master. As I am preparing my internship in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham this summer I am looking for a nice place to live in during this period (from the 19th of July to the 15-16th of August).
Apart of my work within the hospital I want to perform my abilities in English (and in any new language that I could learn) and to spend time with other students (languages, music, parties,...!). 

I am enthusiastic, sociable and used to live in a “big” family (I have 4 little brothers and 1 little sister). Actually I am living with 4 other students in a flat located near Brussels center so it won’t be my first experience with a “new born family”.

Of course cohabitation involves some basic “rules” but I think the most important point is respect and faith between each other, happiness and open minding (I hope this expression also exists in English! In any case I’m sure you’ll understand me).

I also have had the opportunity to study one year in Spain when I was 16 and it would be a pleasure to make an “exchange” of languages between each other as I learned Spanish and Valenciano in Calpe (near Benidorm, in Spain), in addition to Dutch in my country. I could also make you taste a mixture of Belgico-Franco-Spanish cooking (my actual flatmates were 95% satisfied! :p ).

As a letter of “presentation” only gives you an overview I would be happy to have a proper conversation with anyone in the same state of mood and wanting to share the living with another student.
