30 y/o girl with bf looking for a flat in the centre of Berlin

Hi guys,
My boyfriend and I are looking for a flat or a shared flat in the centre of Berlin on the 28th of April 2015 because of his new work location. I am Japanese and originally from Tokyo but now live with him in Stockholm, Sweden. We would prefer to have fully furnished place and if you have an internet environment set in advance, that'd be a plus. Besides we are able to stay there at minimum for one month but at maximum for a year or more hence we are flexible starters in our new adventure.
Unfortunately the moving-out date is quite approaching so if you could help me, your kindness would be highly appreciated.
