I am clean, respectful and friendly. I am an aspiring artist so I will be spend alot of time working in my room. Please don't contact me if you are going to say you are out of town and you need me to wire you money before even seeing the room or speaking with you in person. I have heard that story many times and it won't work on me so let's not waste our time.
