The Role

Bloomberg Intelligence is seeking an experienced editor for its research team in Hong Kong. Applicants should have considerable writing and editing experience in financial research or journalism. Experience in both will be an advantage. The editor will be responsible for editing and publishing research that is insightful while being accessible to the general reader. A successful editor will be able to translate jargon and complex concepts into clear and concise copy under real-time deadlines. The editor must be comfortable working within a team environment.

The Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least five years' experience in real-time editing, whether on a financial news wire or a research desk. Additional writing experience in research or financial reporting will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial concepts.
- Able to work with different types of people.
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
