21 year old man with mother, looking for accommodation in Amsterdam

I am looking for a one bedroom apartment in Amsterdam, I am 21 years old and a student at Nyenrode Business University. It doesn't have to be fancy, as long as it is cosy and equipped such as tv, wifi, and kitchen. I am looking to be alone, without any roommates as I might have my mother staying over. My financial aid willl come from DUO. I will be looking for moving into the apartment in mid August.
