Room for rent at Lisbon

We are a two 27 years old student workers (a nurse and a pharmacist undertaking MSc degrees) roommates (male and female) sharing a 3-bedroom, one living room and 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment is very well-located - it has within walking distance (2 minutes): 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shop w/ esplanade, Pizza Hut, hamburger restaurant, italian restaurant. Campo Grande metro station within 5-minutes walking, as well as the Alvalaxia Stadium w/ restaurants, 12 movie theaters. Universidade Lusófona is ~5 min away walking and most of the other Lisbon universities are located at Cidade Universitária (one stop away from Campo Grande metro station). It is a safe area, as there it is a bit expensive and has a police station nearby. We have a furnished single room (IKEA furniture) for rent. The price is 250€/monthly + living expenses (or we can work something out, as a fixed value for living expenses). If you\d prefer the room unfurnished, the price will be 220€/monthly + living expenses. The apartment is equipped with hi-speed wireless internet and cable TV, kitchen stove/oven, laundry machine, table and kitchenware. More info: [email protected]
