You dont have to be here to sign a contract. in the most cases, the owners require a deposit. to be sure that you will come here and they are not going to stay without renter. This is usually the equivalent of the rent amount for 1 month (sometimes 2). it's hard...

Ines! If you are going only for 3 months, it can be hard for you to find other accomodation, i mean "kot". but you can ask about City Living, it's the building in the center. (but it's more expensive than Sart Tilman). City living it's a great option...
