Hiking in Liguria?

Anyone here likes hiking? If anyone fancies walking in the nature on weekends and would like to join an English speaking group, that usually gathers somewhere in Liguria every 15 days, please give us a shout! (just google liguriah and you'll find us: yep, the final H is not a typo)

I know Pisa is not in Liguria (and Genova and Pisa were even foes, history-wise), but thought I might ask, since the likes of Sarzana and Lerici are quite close from Pisa

Needless to say, it's free and you're welcome to suggest any hikes that you would like to do
